Abstract
:
The study aims to identify the factors causing of work stress (stress sources) and its impact on the productivity "Job performance" of tax inspectors who work at the DEPT of Zakat and Income Tax in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. And to propose appropriate strategies to control the factors causing work stress (stress sources). On the conceptual side of the study, the literature reviewing methodology were followed, which is based on a survey of previous studies. And in the field, the current study adopted the questionnaire method in collecting information by exploring the performance of a sample of the (Tax inspector), in order to reach the appropriate generalizations. The study results concluded in general the neutrality of whom the study covered on the axes (organizational work stress sources – outer environment stress sources), those sources, anyway, donot form a stress on tax inspectors work performance; the results also revealed some strategies to deal with work stress and limit its negative effects, and was agreed upon in the selected sample.Where the most important strategies is strengthen the concept of participation and the exchange of views in all what is related to the tax inspector job, auditing and organized evaluation to cure the organisational problems concerning the empowerment and duplication of tools, the maintenance of holding periodically meetings to determine the problems and stress to reduce its negative impacts, the training in dealing with problems and stresses.
