Abstract
:
The study aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between the compatibility between professional and some personality traits in a sample of Saudi nurses to primary health care center in Medina.the importance of the study is to identify the nature of the consensus professional and personal characteristics of Nurses primary health centers care and improve the level of training to increase efficiency, and develop rehabilitation programs and training work to raise the position of the professional performance to reflect positively on the nurses and to give them the service. this study used descriptive approach and as the random sample was chosen in stratified simple and consisted of (82) nurse of the study and the researcher analyzed the data extracted from the tools in the study (a measure of compliance professional, and scale factors of the five major personality) was reached among the results was the most important: There is significant relationship at a certain level (0.01) the value of correlation coefficient equal to 0.712 compatibility between professional and personal attributes some of the Saudi nurses working in primary health care centers in Medina is a positive correlation . Based on these results, the researcher talked about the most important recommendations:bay attention to the factors that contribute to raising the degree of compatibility of vocational nurses and by increasing incentives to work on the moral and providing the requirements and needs of the business requirements that will help nurses to their businesses and raise the professional degree of compatibility have . trying to find a suitable working environment, appropriate and encouraging cooperation between the nurses, and an enhanced sense of belonging and love of work for Him. making Further studies so as to be representative of all nurses and nurses of various levels and places of work, both in the Ministry of Health or the armed forces or private hospitals, and comparing that with the performance of their roles depending on these variables.
