The style of sample class method was adopted to determine the size of the study population which included the sample (59) neighborhoods and investigated (600) common participant in the drinking water network. Hence, the most important results of this study were that the deterioration of the subnets conditions and lines that feed residential units, plus the reduction of water availability for a person, which amounted to 226 liters / day compared with the level of the individual Saudi, which amounted to 286 liters / day. As there is a direct correlation between population growth, sprawl and distribution of water by tankers to provide water for the population.
