This study aims to highlight the concept of Job Burnout and its dimensions, and to identify the degree of Job Burnout and its causes and forfeiture to the administrative staff at the King Abdulaziz University Hospital and ways of its cure, And provide recommendations for leadership in health organizations face job Burnout.The researcher employed the analytical descriptive approach in the applied study, The study population consisted of 263 employees a sample (n159) was chosen randomly the response percentage was 90%. The researcher used a questionnaire consisted of three parts the first examined the personal characteristic , the second measured the level of burnout (the researcher used here Maslach Burnout Inventory after be changed to be suitable to the study) ,the third part consisted of the causes of burnout .the researcher used the statistical program SPSS to analyze the information collected and to get the results of the study. The main results of the study was that the administrative staff at the King Abdulaziz University Hospital suffer from the average Level of Job burnout, The findings also showed that there is a negative significant correlation between lack of positive reinforcement , low level of control and the level of burnout at its three dimensions. But there was a positive significant correlation between(work load – and lack of social relationships) and the level of burnout at its three dimensions, the findings also showed that differences were significant between (age, experience, marital status, managerial level, educational level) and the level of burnout at its three dimensions. The study provided many recommendations the first is to employees to follow the Islamic manners puch a honesty, paciena, and patience and responsibility the other is to the administration which is the right person in the right place, and provide employees the required information about job system, and providing pograms dealing with customers overcoming work problems, his rights responsibility the involvement of employees in various levels, more over Hospital administration must adopt achtive strategies to minimizing bureaucracy to increase incentives and entertainment for employees. |
