Abstract : Many Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs) have created Social Media accounts for various reasons including to encourage volunteers and donors to help them achieve noble objectives. Noticeably, numerous research efforts have been undertaken to understand how NPOs use Social Media as a new communication channel. However, most of these efforts tend to involve human intervention to manually analyses the available.. In other words, little has been done in terms of research where the contributions of NPOs' social media accounts are automatically analyzed. Therefore, this research aims to automatically identify the contributions of NPOs, in Twitter as an example of social media, using machine learning techniques.
