Abstract
:
Legal systems are based on certain basic principles, including equality before the judiciary and its protections. The principle of equality before the courts is the granting of protection to individuals and the provision of guarantees to enable them to obtain their rights through a competent and independent authority. This principle is not taken into account because it requires that individuals receive the necessary expenses for the operation of this facility through the expenses of the lawsuit and others. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is one of the few countries that is now taking the principle of free judiciary, although there is a draft system of judicial costs, which has not been adopted so far and thus take the Kingdom the idea of absolute free judiciary
