:
This study aims to evaluate the internal Saudi Arabia (not the Hajj Palastich) [Archive] - The Egyptian Financial Services Forum (for the Eastern and the Arab and the Arabian horses) the subject of the study and knowledge of the scientific foundations that were planned and formulated awareness campaign " The effectiveness of the communication program implemented by the Ministry of the Interior in organizing the Hajj, and the nature of its relation to the extent of commitment of pilgrims in the form of specialist theoretical (medical) analysis in higher education, King Abdulaziz University for Science and Technology, And the nature of the work) in determining their views on the campaign. The study was based on a descriptive descriptive approach to achieve its objectives. This method was applied by simple random sampling. The sample of the study consisted of (262) respondents, from pilgrims inside the Hajj season (1439). The study adopted the questionnaire as a key tool for collecting information from the study sample . The study found many results, the most important of which is that the level of knowledge of pilgrims inside the program "No Hajj without a permit" is high (66.53%) and that text messages (SMS) were the most important means used to raise awareness of the concept of no Hajj without a permit, Watts - Twitter - Facebook ... etc) followed by Telvision, followed by road boards, and finally radio. The results also showed that the degree of acceptance of the sample of the pilgrims inside the letters of the campaign is not Hajj without a high permit, with an average of (3.43) and a standard deviation (0.84). And that the degree of effectiveness of the decision to license the pilgrimage from the point of view of the sample of pilgrims inside is high. And that the effectiveness of the decision to license the pilgrimage according to the point of view of the sample of the pilgrims entered the fact that it has an important role in organizing the Hajj "in terms of legislationAnd thus contribute to reducing the number of irregular pilgrims, and reducing harassment of regular pilgrims and pilgrims from abroad. Based on the findings of the study, researcher recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: the need to pay attention to how to prepare and plan such campaigns and attention to the nature of their messages, and the need to study the target audience which represents the ultimate goal of any media awareness work. And to benefit from the social networks in communication with the public, in order to serve the process of developing procedures and methods of communication program implemented by the Saudi Ministry of the Interior "No Hajj without permission" and to identify the reaction of the public to any decision, as well as easy to identify the degree of satisfaction with what is provided to them from Services.
