Abstract
:
The Saudi bankruptcy law was distinguished with several procedures. financial reorganization as the most distinguished .It gives the debtor the option to rearrange his finances and bay his debts. under the supervision of the trustee of the procedure. The trustee has many obligations that arise the responsibility towards him. In this sense, the study's problem was to identify the bankruptcy trustee’s responsibility in conducting the financial reorganization. The study aims to clarify the legal character of the bankruptcy trustee's work and his obligations when start and end also penalty of his violation and how effects the end of his responsibility on the procedure. The study is based on the analytical the texts that organizing the responsibility of the bankruptcy trustee in the Saudi bankruptcy law, and through researching the general and juristic legal rules related to civil responsibility. The study ends with the presentation of the most important results, that is the responsibility of the trustee is based on the law represented in the judge roll which based on the bankruptcy law. Moreover one of the most important recommendations is the necessity for the Saudi organizer to clarify the standards adopted in selecting the trustees and their status of multiplicity, as well as codify the penalty for breach of the obligations of the trustee and clarify its dimensions and extent.
